The Trench shoring plough is a great product that follows the trench blade to remove a strip of sod (down to 5" / 120cm depth), placing it at the side of the trench.

They produce a cleanly cut narrow strip of turf down to 5” deep that can be lifted out with the attached plough. All in one operation. This is a quick and easy way to get a trench with little fuss. Can be used for drainage or pipe installations.
